Role Responsibilities
Place and review scripted or semi-structured calls.
Evaluate call quality, focusing on
pronunciation
,
prosody
,
phrasing
, and
fluency
.
Score calls based on provided guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
Complete transcription tasks accurately and efficiently.
Work
independently and asynchronously
to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Native fluency in one of the listed languages.




Ability to evaluate standard accent and identify deviations in
pronunciation

prosody
, and
phrasing
.
Solid attention to detail and consistency in scoring.
Preferred
Prior experience in
