Job Description
This is a dual-role position where no two days are the same. You will support both the clinical and front office teams, playing an important part in ensuring our patients have a positive and seamless experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting clinicians during dental procedures
Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
Providing outstanding patient care and support
Managing appointments and patient enquiries
Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment
Handling patient records and administrative tasks
Supporting the team with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Qualifications
Previous dental experience is highly regarded but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment




Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
