The Role
Our client is a well-established manufacturing company seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time, on-site position based at their Eastern Suburbs office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overdue accounts and lead debt recovery activities, including negotiation of payment plans.
Coordinate external collection
Implement and maintain credit control procedures and investigate/escalate any discrepancies
Monitor and investigate outstanding balances and follow up with clients
Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with clients
Prepare aging reports and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
Identify opportunities to streamline credit and finance processes for efficiency
Internal and external stakeholder management
About You
You will have at least 3 years' experience in a full-function accounts receivable role.
Proven problem-solving abilities
Strong working knowledge of Dynamics
Proven problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
