WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As Venue Manager, you'll own the overall performance of BrewDog Perth - from team culture and guest experience through to financial results and community engagement.
You'll be:
Leading and inspiring a high-performing front-of-house team
Driving sales growth and venue profitability
Creating a culture that's energetic, inclusive and genuinely fun
Delivering legendary guest experiences every shift
Coaching and developing future hospitality leaders
Building local partnerships and community engagement opportunities
Bringing fresh ideas to events, activations and trade-driving initiatives
Owning labour, wage control, stock management and venue KPIs
Making BrewDog Perth the go-to venue for craft beer lovers, foodies and good humans alike
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience leading high-volume hospitality venues




Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing sales
A hands-on leadership style and genuine passion for developing teams
Exceptional people and communication skills

Experience managing labour, COGS and financial performance
A passion for craft beer, hospitality and creating memorable experiences
