We're seeking experienced Chef de Partie professionals to manage a kitchen section, maintain five‐star standards and support a smooth, high‐quality service. Experience in Western cuisine is highly desirable.
About the role
Prepare, cook and present high‐quality dishes to Crown Perth standards
Manage your section during service, ensuring consistency and efficiency
Follow recipes, food safety, HACCP and hygiene requirements
Support stock control, minimise waste and maintain clean work areas
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front‐of‐house teams
Support and guide junior kitchen team members
About you




Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years' post‐apprenticeship experience
Strong section management and technical cooking skills
Experience in Western cuisine is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety and WHS practices
Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
Positive, professional team player
