A leading national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing Insurance Litigation team in Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Partner and a well-established team on a broad mix of complex liability and high-value personal injury matters. The role offers strong hands-on exposure and the chance to play a meaningful role in driving outcomes on significant files.
The Chance
You will work across a diverse range of insurance and liability matters, including:
Complex liability and high-value personal injury claims
Product and public liability disputes
Property damage and defective premises matters
A mix of pre-litigation and litigated files
You'll be involved in all stages of matters, from strategy and advisory through to litigation, with regular client and stakeholder interaction.
About You
Senior Associate level (typically 5–8 PQE, flexible depending on experience)
Strong background in insurance litigation, particularly personal injury and public liability
Solid technical skills across litigation processes and dispute resolution




Confident communicator with strong drafting ability
Experience working with expert witnesses and multidisciplinary stakeholders
Able to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
