Property Manager | Commercial Government Portfolio | Sydney CBD
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to take ownership of a defined portfolio within a broader asset management environment. This diverse portfolio spans retail, commercial, industrial, and vacant land assets, offering variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your portfolio, working closely with clients, tenants, and contractors to deliver strong commercial outcomes and a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day operations across a mixed property portfolio
Overseeing lease administration, occupancy, and tenant matters
Building and maintaining strong client, tenant, and contractor relationships
Preparing and delivering accurate financial reporting and performance analysis
Contributing to annual budgets and monthly reporting cycles
Monitoring portfolio performance against targets and identifying opportunities for improvement
Proactively managing risks and escalating issues where required
Driving best-practice processes and continuous improvement initiatives
You'll be supported by a collaborative wider team across facilities management, finance, inspections, and lease administration, allowing you to focus on delivering results.
About You
You are a motivated and commercially focused Property Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of a diverse portfolio.
Proven experience managing a property portfolio (commercial, retail, or mixed-use preferred)
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting experience




Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
A commitment to delivering high-quality service and outcomes
