Well established insurance organisation looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake)

Skills and experience
Demonstrated experience in comprehensive end-to-end Snowflake data engineering, spanning pipeline development, data modelling, transformation, and deployment.
Solid hands-on experience with core Snowflake tools and technologies, including SQL, DBT, Openflow, Snowflake Intelligence, Python, DCM, and Cortex Code.
Proven expertise in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitHub Workflows.
Deep understanding of integration platforms and patterns, including API development and management.
Proficiency in scripting and automation with Python and Jinja, and solid working knowledge of version control via GitHub




Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights and intelligence
Well-developed reporting and visualisation skills, including advanced proficiency in Power BI and Streamlit
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders and operate effectively within a small team environment.
