Your new role
As a Senior Manager / Manager in Business Services, you will play a key leadership role within the firm, overseeing a portfolio of clients while driving strategic outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and growing a diverse client portfolio across SMEs and high-net-worth entities
Providing strategic tax, compliance, and business advisory services
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of accountants
Reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and complex advisory work
Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client performance
Streamlining workflows and contributing to operational efficiencies
What you'll need to succeed




To be successful in this role, you will bring:
CA/CPA qualification (or near completion)
Proven experience within Australian public practice (Business Services)
Strong technical expertise across tax and advisory
Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
Excellent client relationship and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen
