Your current role
The client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Integration Lead to provide leadership and technical oversight across the organisation's Technology Change Program (TCP).
Accountabilities
Provide strategic ownership of the organisation's integration platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and digital strategy.
Establish and enforce integration governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Lead the development and execution of the integration roadmap in support of the Technology Change Program.
Define and maintain enterprise integration architecture, including APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and data integration patterns.
Collaborate closely with enterprise architects,



application teams, data teams, and external partners.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience in enterprise integration leadership roles within complex environments.
Proven expertise in integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Boomi, or similar).
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and data integration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and hybrid integration architectures.
Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and API lifecycle management.
