The Roles

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly individuals to join our team. You will have a passion for the water. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our patrons safely enjoy their visit every time. We seek individuals that available to work weekends and during our peak seasons.

We have the following roles available, with specific qualifications required as follows:
Learn to Swim Teachers: Swimming and Water Safety Teacher Licence or equivalent. If you are successful in this position but do not have the qualification, Belgravia Leisure will pay for your Swim Teacher Licence, First Aid and CPR

Positions are on a casual basis, and will range from 3 to 20 hours a week.

Skills & Attributes:
Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style
An understanding of WHS and public safety applications within your facility
Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes
Ability to work effectively both independent and as a solid and valuable part of the team
Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
Previous experience and success in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded
