Forklift Driver Operator

We are seeking a Forklift Operator to join a busy recycling operation based in Townsville. This role is at the heart of the yard's daily operations — moving bins, filling skips, and loading trucks — and suits someone who takes pride in getting the job done safely and efficiently.

Required Skills:
Current LF forklift licence
Valuable level of fitness with the ability to complete manual handling tasks
Robust safety awareness and ability to follow WH&S; practices

Nice to Have Skills:
Telehandler ticket — a massive advantage, though not essential
Prior experience in the recycling, waste management, or yard operations industry

Preferred Education and Experience:
Experience operating a forklift in a yard, recycling, or industrial setting

Other Requirements:
Shifts run 6:00 am–2:00 pm, with some overtime as required
Willingness to get hands-on in a physically demanding, outdoor yard workplace
