Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Mobile Assertive Treatment Team within Community Mental Health Services on a temporary part time basis.
The role focuses on assessment, treatment and care coordination in the community, with a driver licence to enable outreach in NSW.
Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration and demonstrate recovery-oriented practice.
NSW driver licence required.
