Sales Assistant - Bathroom Products | Immediate Start
About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service while assisting customers with their bathroom product selections.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting walk-in customers and responding to phone enquiries and orders
Providing product information and helping customers select suitable bathroom products
Processing sales and orders accurately through our POS system
Building robust relationships with customers
Maintaining a professional and welcoming showroom environment
Supporting day-to-day sales activities
Creating and managingorganic social media content for the business
Contributing positively to the overall success of the sales team




About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Confident, professional and well spoken
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Passionate about sales and achieving great customer outcomes
Reliable, organised and well presented
Proactive and willing to learn
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Interested in developing along-term careerwith the business
Experienced in managing social media platforms - highly desirable
Previous experience in bathroom products, retail or sales will be highly regarded.
However,full product and POS training will be providedto the right candidate.
Hours
Monday - Friday:8:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday:9:00am - 1:00pm
