Job Description
Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager for multiple Newcastle area stores.
You will lead a 20+ person team, drive service, stock management and sales within your department, and collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety to deliver the Best Experience for customers.
You will open/close shifts, roster strategically, coach staff, and uphold a solid safety culture, with KPI focus and weekend/holiday work as required.
