About the role
This is a sales focused maintenance plumbing role.
You will attend residential service calls, diagnose problems, educate customers, present clear options and quote solutions ranging from everyday maintenance through to larger plumbing projects.
You will be expected to confidently manage the entire customer experience from diagnosis through to presenting and closing the work.
We track performance and set clear targets.
You should already be comfortable working towards sales, revenue and conversion targets.




What we are looking for
Experienced residential maintenance plumber
Strong sales ability with a proven track record of hitting targets
Confident presenting and quoting higher value plumbing solutions
Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly with homeowners
Comfortable explaining problems and presenting multiple solutions
Competitive and motivated by performance
Strong understanding of drainage and maintenance plumbing
High standards around workmanship and presentation
Able to manage customer relationships professionally from start to finish
Pipe relining experience is highly regarded
Appropriate plumbing licence or certification
Permanent Australian resident with valid Australian work rights
