In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for platform administration, reporting, monitoring, compliance, licence management, and policy governance.
You'll help ensure AI capabilities are delivered securely, responsibly, and in line with organisational security, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.
Working with both business and technology teams, you'll play a key role in supporting the ongoing adoption and optimisation of AI capabilities across the organisation.

About You
Experience supporting Microsoft technologies, ideally Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft 365 platforms
Understanding of governance, compliance, security, and operational support practices

Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
Passionate about AI and emerging technologies
