Job Description
Southern Migrant And Refugee Centre in Dandenong, VIC is seeking a energetic Case Manager to deliver high-level case management, information and referral services to Settlement clients.
Two part-time roles (22.8 hours/week) are available, including responsibilities with the Hakha Chin community.
You will develop and deliver goal-directed care plans and work within program guidelines to empower clients to improve wellbeing and community participation.
