IPN Medical Centres support the Australian community, operating over 140 Practices across the country and providing over 10 million patient consultations each year.

About the role
IPN'sReceptionists provide a high standard of customer service and administration to patients and Doctors.
Supporting the successful running of the centre the role includes:
Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments
Document scanning and email management
Patient billing and payment collection
Working as part of a team supporting the Practice Manager
Skills & experience
Medical receptionist experience (preferred)
Strong proficiency in, or ability to quickly pick up document scanning processes.
Ability to develop quality working relationships and work in a busy team environment




Exceptional customer service,data entryand communication skills
Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
Experience using Best Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable but not essential)
A high proficiency in scanning, allocating and emailing essential.
