Busy Bees Bayswater North is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Director to support daily operations, mentor educators and foster a protected, engaging learning setting at 187 Canterbury Rd, Bayswater North VIC. This full time, fixed-term role covers maternity leave.

You will lead, support and collaborate with families and the local community, ensure NQF compliance and contribute to curriculum planning, reflective practice, and continuous improvement.
