Catering for Before School, After School and Vacation Care, the Centre provides children with a safe and engaging place to learn, play and connect.

We're looking for a passionate Educator to champion quality practice, mentor educators, and lift program excellence across our OSHC service.
The Opportunity
This is more than an educator role — it's a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on coaching others, improving program quality, and delivering enriching experiences for children.
You'll work closely with the leadership team to:
Lead curriculum development on site
Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
Mentor and coach educators to build capability and confidence
Champion best practice in child development and program delivery

Confident leading practice and influencing others
Passionate about children's learning and development
A natural coach who builds strong, capable teams
Values-driven with a strong focus on quality and outcomes
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an Experienced Educator (Cert III + 4+ years) or Diploma-qualified Advanced Educator




Strong understanding of child development and program planning
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support educators
Experience leading or influencing program quality and continuous improvement
Essential Requirements
Certificate III (minimum) or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)
Current First Aid, CPR & Child Protection Certification
Relevant OSHC / childcare experience
