Job Description
Latitude IT is seeking a Salesforce Platform Manager in Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid work arrangements.
You will own the Salesforce platform and roadmap, making architecture and governance decisions while anchoring accountability for platform stability.
You will lead 8–10 direct reports (about 19 in the wider team), manage partners, collaborate withSales/Service/Operations,and push for responsible AI deployment including Einstein GPT and Agentforce.
