Job Description
We areseekinga motivated and proactive HSEQ Coordinator to join our team based in Erskine Park, NSW.
Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, this roleis responsible forsupporting thedevelopment,implementationandcontinuous improvement of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems across the business.
You will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture, supporting compliance with WHS legislation and company management systems, conducting site inspections and audits, and partnering with operational teams to ensure safe and efficient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Assistin thedevelopment,implementationandmaintenance of HSEQpolicies,proceduresandmanagement systems
Conduct siteinspections,auditsandworkplace observations across multiple operational sites
Support risk management activities including hazard identification, riskassessmentsand SWMS development
Assistwith incident investigations and corrective action implementation to prevent recurrence
Coordinate and deliver HSEQtraining,inductionsandawareness initiatives
Monitor compliance with relevant WHS and environmentallegislation,regulationsandcompany requirements
Maintain HSEQ registers, records,reportsand documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support emergency preparedness activities, including emergency response planning and exercises
Engage withworkers,contractorsandmanagement to promote a positive safety culture




Assistwith internal and external audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide practical HSEQ advice and support to operational teams and supervisors
What We're Looking For
Available to start immediately
Experience within civil construction,quarrying,transportorheavy industry environments (must)
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, or higher qualification
2 years previousexperience in a HSEQ or Safety Coordinator role
Strong knowledge of WHSlegislation,regulationsandrisk management principles
Experience conducting siteinspections,auditsandincident investigations
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong analytical,problem-solvingandorganisationalskills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across multiple sites
High attention to detail and commitmenttomaintainingaccuraterecords
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and safety management systems
Current Driver Licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
