Job Description
Yarra City Council is seeking a Business Engagement Lead within the Economic Development team to deliver the Business Concierge service and to support a major service review and improvement initiative.
You will coordinate day-to-day operations, engage with businesses and internal stakeholders, and implement end‐to‐end service delivery improvements to create a more effective, customer‐centred experience.
The role reports to the Economic Development team and collaborates with the Business
