About the Role
As part of the Reliance Workforce team, you will support a range of construction and precast projects through hands‐on labouring and trade support work.
Responsibilities include
Assisting trades with day‐to‐day construction tasks
Handling and installing materials (including precast elements where required)
General site labouring, loading/unloading materials
Site clean‐ups,



preparation and maintenance
Following all WHS policies to ensure a protected workplace
Working collaboratively to meet project deadlines
What We're Looking For
Experience in general construction, labouring or trade assisting
Physically fit – capable of regular lifting *****kg
Reliable, punctual and safety‐focused
Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
Willing to learn and adapt on site
Minimum provisional driver's licence and own reliable transport
Over 18 years of age
Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
Forklift Operators- with up to 12 tonne experience with concrete/ steel
