Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide campaign marketing support to the Sales team for all listings including but not limited to:
- Manage marketing budgets and bookings, liaising with internal and external media teams and suppliers
- Prepare all marketing for upcoming listings, communicating with Agents and teams about changes and deadlines
- Manage all listings in Vault and NurtureCloud and send properties live
- Maintaining records and files for each property listing
Rostered Auction support for our in-room Auctions, preparing presentations, bidder registrations and bids.
Provide marketing and administrative support to the Sales agents for any ad-hoc marketing needed, with support from the Brand Marketing Team
Working with the Accounts and Compliance teams within the business to ensure all marketing funds are tracked, and all compliance is completed
Maintaining positive and productive relationships with the Sales team and fellow staff members
Delivering a high level of service and support to the Sales team, with great attention to detail and ability to execute all tasks within their deadlines

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in a similar role for at least 1-2 years
A positive, solutions-focused attitude
Great attention to detail and ability to prioritiseand work in a quick-paced environment
Experience with Vault RE, Brand Central, ContentHouse, Canva, PDF Editor or similar systems
Salary package dependent on experience, negotiable for the right candidate, experience and start date.
