About the Role
This role sits within Operations and supports the end-to-end parcel handling process, from SOP development through to problem parcel resolution and tracking management.
You'll help build and maintain clear, practical documentation and standards, working closely with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and maintenance of operational SOPs, process maps, forms and checklists.




Monitor key operational processes, including parcel handling, tracking and problem parcel resolution.
Coordinate with customer service, quality and branch teams to follow up on operational issues and drive timely resolution.
Compile operational data, identify exceptions or trends, and assist with reports and dashboards.
Support SOP training, performance reviews and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
About You
Experience in warehouse, logistics, transport or similar is an advantage.
But we are open to all experience levels, graduates are also welcome to apply.
Diploma or above in logistics management, supply chain, industrial engineering or a related field is a plus
Experience in logistics, process improvement, SOP development or quality control is an advantage
Confident reading and interpreting flowcharts, with solid working skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Solid communicator and coordinator, comfortable liaising across multiple departments
