Our Apprenticeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced specialists, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. This program is perfect for recent graduates, career changers, and anyone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Duties:
Learn to work with a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
Master essential fabrication techniques, such as cutting, bending, welding, and assembly
Assist in the production of steel beams, posts, stair stingers, mezzanine floors, commercial fit-outs, shop fronts,



and architectural steelwork
Work alongside experienced tradespeople to develop your skills and knowledge

Skills and responsibilities:
Great attention to detail
Trades assistant experience around engineering or fabrication
Drivers Licence
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures
Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
Have a solid work ethic and motivated to learn
Passionate for field & result driven
