We are seeking a friendly and efficient Experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at Better Health Greenhills in East Maitland, NSW. This casual role is essential in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth running of our medical practice.

What you'll be doing
Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and qualified manner
Scheduling appointments, handling booking inquiries and managing patient records
Assisting with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry
Providing exceptional customer service to all patients
Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
Liaising with medical staff to ensure productive workflow

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a customer service role
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using medical software and computer systems
A friendly,



qualified and empathetic approach when dealing with patients
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations
