Requirements
Current NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence
Proven sales capability and strong negotiation skills
Meet the Award requirements for commission-only employment
Strong prospecting skills,

Ability to work independently and contribute to the team
Current driver licence and reliable vehicle
Responsibilities
Generate new business, secure listings and manage residential sales from initial appraisal through to settlement - end to end
Develop lasting relationships with vendors and buyers to encourage referrals and future business
Complete market appraisals, listing presentations, open homes and private inspections
Present and negotiate offers while protecting clients' interests
Maintain an organised sales pipeline, complete timely follow-ups and work towards agreed performance targets
Collaborate with the in‐house support team to provide consistent and professional service
