Job Description
ActronAir in Sydney is seeking an experienced Production Manager (Afternoon Shift) to lead our Sheet Metal and Assembly Plant and our Controls Manufacturing Plant.
You will manage a fast-paced production team, ensuring safety, quality and timely output.
The role requires solid leadership, manufacturing process knowledge, and the ability to coach and develop staff.
You will coordinate with planning and operations, drive efficiency, reduce waste, and uphold our standards of continuous improvement.
