YOMG is expanding to Western Australia and seeks an experienced Full time Prep Manager to lead the kitchen at YOMG Galleria.
You'll oversee prep, production and inventory, set standards, and train the Prep Team for day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a secure daytime roster (Tuesday to Saturday, 9am–5pm), no evenings, and the chance to launch and grow YOMG in WA while delivering quality food and guest satisfaction.
