Talent Web is seeking experienced Senior Project Manager in Sydney with good understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards.
This role suits an engineer who enjoys taking a technical lead, mentoring junior staff, and working closely with clients and councils.

What you'll do: Lead design and delivery across subdivisions, urban development, and infrastructure.
Manage technical outputs (design reports, drawings, modelling).
Liaise with clients, councils, and stakeholders to secure approvals.
Mentor junior engineers and drafters.
Ensure projects meet time, budget,



and quality standards.
What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
10+ years' design experience Proficiency in 12d, MUSIC and DRAINS.
Experience managing and integrating multi-discipline teams Solid interpersonal and communication skills, especially report writing Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards Council design standards On offer: Work on landmark NSW projects.
