You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service by phone, email and webchat, and coaching colleagues to ensure quality outcomes.
The role requires flexibility to work Western Australian business hours and will be based in our Melbourne office with a minimum of three days onsite each week and some work-from-home flexibility.
