Job Description
The Department of Education & Training, Victoria is establishing a recent Triage Unit in Melbourne to triage incoming notifications and complaints under the Education and Care Services National Law and related acts.
You will lead the rapid setup, design the triage framework, and drive changes with internal stakeholders.
You will recruit and develop a small team, implement KPI-driven processes, and ensure timely, respectful engagement with families and service providers while safeguarding welfare
