You will greet guests, schedule and manage appointments, and clearly communicate car symptoms and required repairs to customers.
You will obtain parts and labour pricing, keep guests informed on servicing progress, handle complaints, and ensure invoices are prepared and orders closed promptly.
A valid manual transmission license is required.
