Job Description
NAB is hiring a Branch Customer Advisor for the Thursday Island branch.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through account openings, lending, and everyday banking transactions while delivering a friendly, secure, and tailored experience.
You will help customers understand Smarter Banking options and support self-service tools to make banking easy and efficient.
A customer-centric mindset and team teamwork are essential for success.
