This position combines front-of-house reception and administration with ecommerce and digital support. You'll work closely with Management, Sales and Marketing and play an important role in both our day-to-day operations and online presence.

Key responsibilities
Greet and assist customers and visitors professionally
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Manage online chat enquiries
Maintain a clean and organised reception and showroom area
Receive deliveries and assist with stock and transfer paperwork
Upload and maintain products in Magento
Add and update product descriptions, specifications, pricing and images
Assist with website updates and 404 URL redirects
Assist with preparing website and social media content
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to assist with product content, research, formatting and everyday workflows

About you
Minimum 1 year experience in reception, administration, ecommerce or a similar support role
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident written and verbal communication
Comfortable learning and working with new technology
Proactive and able to work independently without constant supervision




Able to manage competing priorities and take ownership of tasks
Genuine interest in ecommerce, digital content, marketing and emerging technology
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT is highly regarded
Experience with Magento, Mac systems or Fishbowl Inventory is advantageous but not essential
