The Role
Taking ownership of an established and growing portfolio, your responsibilities will include:
Managing approximately 150 residential properties
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Managing repairs, maintenance and renovations
Conducting outgoing inspections
Managing bond claims and disputes
Attending NCAT matters when required
Assisting with inspections where needed
Ensuring a high level of communication and client service
General portfolio administration
About You
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to join a business where they can continue developing their career.
You will have:
Previous experience managing your own portfolio
Current Certificate of Registration
Strong landlord and tenant relationship skills
Excellent communication and organisation
Confidence managing NCAT, bonds and maintenance
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
A professional and personable nature
