Job Description
Swarovski Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver extraordinary service in a luxury retail environment.
You will guide and grow the team, coach staff, onboard current starters, and help implement monthly service and sales plans to reach targets.
You will bring 1–2 years of multicultural retail experience, thrive infashion/cosmetics/lifestylebrands, and demonstrate leadership, coaching, and digital proficiency to foster client relationships and sales
