We're looking for a bubbly, energetic and engaging Receptionist / Administration Assistant who loves dealing with people and brings a positive attitude to the team.

No extensive admin experience? No problem! If you're confident, personable and willing to learn, training will be provided for the right person.

Experience in reception, retail, hospitality or customer service would be a bonus.

What's on offer:
$65,000+ Super
Full-time opportunity
Monday to Friday with hours of either 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm.

What you'll be doing:
Answering and directing incoming calls
Greeting visitors and being a friendly first point of contact
Responding to emails and general enquiries




Data entry and general administration
Filing, scanning and document management
Assisting with orders and invoicing
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Supporting the wider administration team as required

What we're looking for:
Bubbly, energetic and engaging personality
Confident and friendly communication style
Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and face-to-face
Solid customer service skills
Valuable computer skills and willingness to learn
Organised with good attention to detail
Reliable with a positive attitude
Ability to work well within a team
