Assistant Property Manager / Junior Property Manager
Location: South Gold Coast
Looking to break into real estate or build onto your existing career in Property Management?
This full-time opportunity is designed for someone ready to get their foot in the door, learn the foundations properly, and grow into a Property Manager role over time.
You'll gain hands-on experience across both property management support and leasing, giving you a well-rounded introduction to the industry from day one.
About the Opportunity
This role offers a genuine pathway into the real estate industry or Property Management, with structured support and exposure to all aspects of property management.
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll assist with day-to-day portfolio tasks while also playing an active role in leasing activities.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting routine inspections
Communicating with tenants and landlords
Assisting with maintenance coordination
Helping manage lease renewals and follow-ups
Supporting entry and exit inspections
Handling leasing enquiries, bookings, and open homes
Assisting with application processing
General administration tasks across the portfolio
Providing day-to-day support to the Property Manager
This role is designed to give you real experience, not just observation,



setting you up with the skills needed to step into a Property Manager position in the future.

What You'll Need
Completion of the QLD Real Estate Salesperson Registration Course
or Licence application submitted and currently pending issue

Valid driver's licence & Reliable Car
Good time management and attention to detail
Confidence using technology and picking up new systems
