We are currently seeking a keen and rapid learning Quality Control Administrator to support the day to day production needs of a raw materials business. The role is responsible for assisting with the administrative and data-driven aspects of the manufacturing process, with a specialised focus on QC testing and related admin.

Responsibilities
Accurately record all test results on the test sheets following implemented procedures and policies
Perform bulk checks and assess conformance to product specifications
Conduct in-process and finished product sampling for micro testing
Assist customer complaint investigations and resolution of observed issues




Help with conducting internal audits to ensure correct implementation of company procedures and work instructions.
Carry out material testing, according to specifications when required
Assist internal GMP and quality audits
To maintain the laboratory work area in a clean and tidy condition
Teamwork & commitment to support manufacturing and packaging operations to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications And Experience
Previous experience in a Quality Control role highly advantageous
Tertiary qualified in science or other similar discipline (preferred) - current graduates considered
High level data entry accuracy
Ability to learn quickly
Solid Written and Verbal communication skills
High level knowledge of database and/or production systems
