Australian Red Cross Lifeblood in Marion Donor Centre, South Australia, seeks a Session Leader to provide day-to-day operational leadership, ensuring a protected, productive end-to-end donation experience while upholding high safety and quality standards.

You will coach and develop your team, translate strategy into explicit actions, and drive improvements in donor care and operations. Flexibility to work 63 hours per fortnight across a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday, is required.
