Senior Product Manager (Authentication) — CIAM Transformation Join a well-established technology services and consulting organisation to take domain ownership and strategic product leadership across a major Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) transformation program.
The Role You'll own the end-to-end authentication roadmap and backlog across digital and assisted channels, ensuring customer journeys strike the right balance between robust security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and low-friction user experience.
As the primary business product owner for the up-to-date CIAM platform, you'll drive product decisions and governance across login, step-up authentication, account recovery, adaptive/risk-based authentication, passwordless, and biometrics, working closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams spanning Digital, Engineering, Cyber Security, Fraud, Risk, and Customer Care to standardise reusable authentication capabilities across the enterprise.

What You'll Bring Extensive Product Management or Product Owner experience leading initiatives within CIAM, Digital Identity, Authentication, or Cyber Security domains Deep expertise in contemporary authentication concepts and standards — OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, passwordless, biometrics, risk-based adaptive authentication Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale customer authentication platforms (Ping Identity, Okta/Auth0, ForgeRock, or equivalent) Solid understanding of digital customer journeys, identity lifecycle management, security controls, and fraud risk mitigation Experience in large-scale, highly regulated consumer environments (telecommunications or banking) highly desirable Exceptional senior stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proven ability to align competing business, security, customer experience, and delivery priorities Why Apply Work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful, high-impact identity work, with genuine support to grow your career in whichever direction interests you.
