We are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team. If you have experience in retail or hospitality and want to kick-start your Insurance career, this role offers full training and hands-on learning. You’ll support customers, coordinate home repairs, and gain all the skills you need to succeed. You’ll also be part of a dynamic team, working closely with our administration and customer care teams.

This role is a full-time, office-based position based in Underwood , Brisbane.

We’re looking for people with:
A friendly, proactive andcan-do attitude
Outstanding peopleskills
Good written and verbal communication skills, including a skilled phone manner.
Good computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at once

Key responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and stakeholders
Lodge new claims via internal and external systems
Manage portfolio of claims from start to finish
Liaise with clients, insurance companies and trades to ensure smooth workflow




Coordination of internal calendars and schedules
Perform other duties as assigned.
