In return, they are offering a base salary of up to£100,000plus a 100% upside (£200,000total compensation), car allowance, and benefits.
This is also ahybridposition in their Cambridgeshire office.

You will act as the critical bridge betweenadvanced engineering capability and customer needs, shaping propositions, opening new markets and turning complex technical challenges into high-value commercial opportunities.
