Job Description
Independence Australia is seeking compassionate Support Workers in Melbourne to assist a customer living with complex physical needs.
The role focuses on dignity, independence, and respectful personal support within the client's home and community.
Responsibilities include personal care, specialized urinary and bowel care, secure manual handling with mobility equipment, and light domestic tasks.
Sleepover shifts are included, and a driver's licence with good communication is required.
