Job Description
Glencore's McArthur River Mine seeks a Leading Hand Mill Maintenance to oversee maintenance in the mill and crusher areas.
You will lead a team to minimise downtime and ensure safe, compliant operations.
In this role you will coordinate preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and input into planning for short- and long-term capital and repairs.
A solid safety mindset and clear communication are essential.
