Lola's Mexican Cantina, part of PLB Group on the Tweed Coast, is seeking a Commis Chef / CDP to join a fast-paced kitchen focused on authentic Mexican cuisine.
You will design and present dishes to high standards, maintain quality and work as part of a collaborative team.
The role requires 1 year of full time CDP experience (3–5 years may be considered with qualifications).
